Druckservice für Studierende der SGKB in SG
Ich durfte heute meine Master Thesis in der SGKB in SG drucken und binden lassen. Die "Betreuung" durch Hans Manser war dabei schlicht grandios. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, geduldig, sympathisch, flexibel - totale Kundenorientierung! Kann ich jedem Studenten:in wärmstens Empfehlen - Top Angebot und Service der SGKB, bzw. Das Geld ist hier sicher aber die…
Das Geld ist hier sicher aber die teuren Gebühren vor allem im Ausland trotz Master/Debitkard sind wirklich aus der Zeit gefallen! Man zahlt heute eigentlich nur noch mit Karte aber im Ausland werden bei jeder Zahlung (egal ob 2 Euro oder 250 Euro) immer 1,50 CHF Gebühren berechnet. Das kann sich dann in einem Urlaub schon mal ordentlich sammeln und sorgt für Frust! Die App ist ausserdem EXTREM verbesserungswürdig. Es ladet unfassbar langsam und die Bedinung ist unnötig kompliziert. Hier muss man nochmal ran!
Katastrophaler Kundenservice
Ich habe an zwei Tagen hintereinander jeweils fünf mal probiert über den Kundenservice anzurufen und jedesmal bis 7 Minuten gewartet, ohne dass jemand das Telefon abgenommen hat. Das ist kein Kundendienst und spottet jeder Beschreibung! Ich erwarte von einer Bank Erreichbarkeit!
