We love SharpSpring! It's nice to have marketing automation all in one place. From scheduling social posts to automated email follow up, it's wonderful
SharpSpring, the marketing automation leader, by a long way.
There's no doubt that the 'automation' market now has a lot of great players, and with good reason, customers need a huge range of solutions depending on size, growth etc. We've worked with several, from the old world CRM players like Salesforce to big new automation platforms like HubSpot. They were all fine companies that did certain things well, at a high cost! Nothing compares to SharpSpring for scale and scope, everything is in one place (content, email, social, crm, roi etc) with intuitive everything. Cost, unrivalled in our opinion, for a fraction of the competitions costs, you get all the benefits and much, much more. Things move fast, and so does SharpSpring, the feature set improves all the time, yes the cost does get impacted but it's incremental and only every couple of years.
Good tool if you are a mid to large sized company
There are a lot of tools that are similar. SharpSpring has a good value for money if you make use of the entire tool. If you just use it for creating e-mails and simple flows I would not recommend SharpSpring. If you are planning on creating content, whitepapers and a proper e-mail marketing campaign SharpSpring would definitely benefit you. I do would advice you to not under estimate the effort you need for creating proper content (but this applies to all similar tools). If set-up correctly SharpSpring helps you generate more leads and allows you to put your time and effort in the most promising leads.

If i could give a 0 I would. Been with ss for 2 and a half years and nothing has changed - I would actually argue service got significantly worse and half the features you pay for don't work. List building and form testings simply return errors every time you try and do anything, then when you go to the "support" they say they cant help because they cant recreate the issue even though I have sent video after video of me trying to do something simple and the platform just keking out
Shallow, slow and restrictive.
- Runs like a lame dog. - Comparatively expensive when bougth as a stand alone platform. - Shallow functionality. - Poor reporting and analytics. - Minimal customisation. - Non-sensical policies. We have pulled the trigger on a rapid exit having been "told off" and having access revoked for sending an email to leads who expressly asked us to contact them about our services - because it originated with a third party.
