As close to perfect as I could have asked for!
The people involved—Brandon on both ends of the move, as well as Tae in New Haven and Sam in Savanna—inspired me with confidence in their professionalism and were also friendly and engaging. Two days for Brandon to drive my goods a third of the way across the country was impressive, and the team's arrival was timely on both ends. Loading took less than 50 minutes and unloading about an hour. And while I haven't unpacked every single box yet, it looks very much like there was ZERO damage to any of my belongings. Add to that a very reasonable price, and I can't imagine a more perfect move. Kudos to everyone!

This was one of the best decisions I made as I was preparing for a move from west to east coast. My move was a small one, but still lots of precious cargo and I could not be happier with the whole process. My carrier was a small move division of a nationally known carrier and I was provided excellent service, lots of communication, and flexibility to extend my storage at the end point until I was ready for delivery. I especially appreciated getting a fair price quote without having to do that research myself and it made for a very smooth and stress-free experience.
