Excellent products and handling of related question
I searched for a way to handle upload of power point show at my Joomla homepage and found Slideshare. I downloaded a non commercial extension at joomla.org. I followed the very detalied instructions and the extension worked excellent. However, I had a question after having tested all the features that were included in the extension. I searched for a mailadress at the homepage and, surprisingly - because it often is difficult to find a contact e-mail adress at succh companies, I easily found the mailadress. I wrote to the company about a tiny problem and after having written my question I immediately received a confirmation e-mail. Furthermore my question was answered satisfactorily within 12 hours. I therefore would like to give Slideshare by very best recommendations. Best regards Jungclaus

I wanted only to change my email address. Pretty simple. Just edit personal details, save and wait for a confirmation email and respond in the manner described in it. Problem was that the confirmation email never arrived. Neither did the resent confirmation email or the one after that or the one after that. Their auto-response system is broken. Then I had trouble with the drop-down box of options available by clicking on your profile image. Unresponsive. They have a lot of basic tech problems. I contacted Support who suggested I send a screen shoot. How can you take a screenshot of an email never arriving?
Scam
I wanted to download a textbook for AP US History, so it said I either needed to add payment information or upload two presentations. It took a while to get everything formatted but after I did it the page said my downloads was now available and the button didn't work. Once I reloaded it says I have to do it again. Waste of time.
