they dont unsubscribe complained email…
they dont unsubscribe complained email accounts from your Shopify account. and when you ask about why you receive pretty stupid response from CS. they say they wont send complained account email and that all matters. No thats not all matters, if I want to change email providers I need to manually unsubscribe accounts that complained.
Routinely fails
Routinely fails. Do not believe the HYPE on their website. I've used them for about 2 years, rarely without issue. Recently the recommendation feature fails to send, sends at the wrong time, sends the wrong products, my subscriber list looses double digits or more weekly due the 'devs working on the issue'. VERY unhappy. The support team is apologetic, but have to wait for the 'devs to fix the issue, but they're working on it'. It's very tiresome!!!
NO Support - Lacks Transparency During Sign Up!
I was not able to get pre-order questions answered in what I deem to be a timely manner. Any site selling service should be able to answer pre-signup questions on the spot, SmartrMail does not. Site is very confusing and seems to lack transparency in pricing and plans. I was completely unable to determine what I would be paying for x amount of subscribers and how many emails I would be able to send out max per month. Will be purchasing an email marketing solution today, it will NOT be SmartrMail!!
