Horrible customer service , they don’t give accurate results and have a bunch of conditions. When there is an issue with some type of information that you sent them ,their response is the background check was completed and we can’t get refund. But I never got my background check ! They say that’s the way their company works. They just want your money. Go with another company.

After hours and hours of forms they turn around and lose them. So much for sensitive data. I now have to redo everything months later. Jokers.
