Terrible service for such a brand
Terrible service for such a brand, they do not cover duties for parcels shipped to the UK, when most brands would even just a basic high street brand. And if you wish to return some of the goods ordered, you’ll have to cover shipping fees. It’s absolutely absurd and very poor customer service.
worst experience ever
worst experience ever! Do not buy online! Return claim was cancelled for no reason, no replies on my emails to try to contact them. customer hotline does not work, store number noone picks up. no replies on emails etc. I'm stuck with the garments and can not reach anyone. This is ridiculous for a brand like this.
Worst costumer service
Sent back a return, payed for the return, haven’t gotten my money back, nor any confirmation that they received the return. They owe me 250€!!
Claiming shipping cost!
Bought earrings, very nice, but way too heavy. For the return I had to ship them back to Italy for around €11. After that they send me the refund, but claiming the €30 shipping for themselves. So I've spent €40 and have nothing. The telephone numbers don't work and the shop can't help you. This customer care is bad and unfair! Come on Sunnei, do better!
Sunnei is quite expensive and have equally as bad a costumer service
Sunnei is quite expensive. I am sorry to say that they do not compensate you in any way for garments that do not live up to standard. I bought a quite expensive blouse. Wore it once and the hem was unraveling. They got the picture documenting it. But they claimed it was too old and worn out. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
