Even though I was not happy with the quality of the boots I purchased, they quickly helped me to solve the issue. So for me, they provided a good and fair customer service.
No connection response from Customer Service Team
I have been trying to connect with Tamaris Australia. I have sent two messages via their portal page and no response thus far. To return they ask you to connect with their Customer Service - which doesn’t appear to answer. Very disappointing as I was intending to purchase several pairs of their shoes. A response would be great Tamaris Team.

I ordered shoes that never arrived
I ordered shoes that never arrived. When I wrote to cancel the order I was told that I ordered from the wrong shop and that I should fill out a form so that an investigation could be conducted with DHL. I paid more than EUR 250 for shoes I never received and I have followed up twice and I have received no response. This is totally unacceptable and I feel robbed! Further to this review I called Tamaris and I was screamed at my a man called Frank who told me that there is only ONE online shop after telling me that I ordered from the wrong shop. I eventually got notification that my shipment had reached the carrier centre and that I would be refunded but they would charge me 4 euros for shipping. This has honestly been the worst experience and I will never buy from them again and I have warned all my friends not to either.

Poor quality
I am a former and loyal customer of TAMARIS but I realise that the quality is no longer up to scratch. These shoes, most of which are made in Asia, don't last as long as they used to and they're not sold at low prices because an uninformed consumer might think they're German quality. At that price, you're better off with MEPHISTO made in France... What's more, TAMARIS shops are franchises and if you have a quality problem you don't have to deal with the parent company. So if you come across a retailer who is unwilling to accept your complaint, you have no means of exerting pressure.
