TATA AIA issues with NRI customers

This company has changed names, it is now TATA AIA and the website is tataaia dot com Based out of India, capitalizes on the TATA name, to get business and assure clients of honest and ethical practices. Unfortunately, if you are a NRI (like me) the support available from the Customer Care team is pathetic. The entire team is not geared up for the NRI customer, and the email answers one receives are skew. Looks like the main motive of answering the email is - who answered first, don't worry about the subject matter. One email is answered by a different person every day, there is no continuity, no link. The only thing they are promoting is TOUCHPOINTS - HOW TO CONTACT US I have asked for escalation matrix, nobody responds to that. I am just wasting my time, writing daily emails to Customer Care. When this will stop, I don't know. So if you are a NRI and looking for a good company, TATA AIA is not the best one.
