Order very late, tracking useless

I have purchased from them twice the first time all went as expected, but my second purchase was made on the 1st of May and it had an expecteddeliverydate of the 21st of May but I received it on the 15th of December.
They are keeping my payout! Do not use
I sold a few items on TeeSpring (now Spring) and I requested a payout and its been a few months with no success. They auto responded that they are going through a merge and are double checking all their accounts. This is BS as its been 5 months and no communication or movement on my payout.
