TELENET - I think there are good IT specialists worth the stars. The review is for them. I'm found of SAFESPOT WALL creatiors. It was good held and shield on my hacked Internet cables and didn't let rubbish criminals to do their actions; well and strong secured that morons who seeded Malware viruses, phishing on my son's used equipments or mine, illegal stuff or makes their calls with its multiply equipments PC's or GSM's on Internet ports held powerfully fermly especially if maroons co-operate founded himself in building under one roof with me. CHAPEAUX! Bravo & Bellissimo as well client service which provided and gave a sign of SAFESPOT existence!
Disconnected repeatedly.
5 times I was put on hold while they stated they were resolving my issue. Each time I was on hold after 5-8 minutes I was connected to a new agent. After the fifth time the agent stopped talking when I explained this and then they disconnected the call. I called as my number was disconnected. To set up an account you need a telenet number. Apparently my number no longer existed despite being a customer for 4 year.

I am the client of Telenet
I am the client of Telenet. I was just forgot the roaming data open when we landed to Albania and I got the surprise of 10 Euro/MB. This costs me 65 euro. After a week again when we entered to the switzerland again for 10 min they charged me 45 Euro. So shameful, so disappointing! The state have to control this stealing. I will close everything with them and I WILL NEVER PAY THIS BILL ;)
