Almost impossible to talk to anyone. Out cable tv continually stops working. On 2 chats , I was promised a call back within 15 minutes. Never happened and none of the numbers were blocked. This is our second contract with the and there wont be a third

I cannnot get my messages and today I can't even dial out. So, I cannot reach Telus. I did reach Telus yesterday and on previous days only to go in circles with AI. I did reach someone the first day and they were to fix my plan which they did not. I cannot reach a human being. Terrible service. Nor can I get my money back.

They don't do anything for you have to do everything yourself. Spent 5 .5 hours on the phone with technical support in the last week and still no solution. Once they get you in a contract your screwed until it comes up for renewal then your important again.

I still have have terrible streaming on Telus. My brother lives in Regina, Sask and is not on Telus, but rather on Sask tell and does not have these problems.
