They solved my claim with a vendor
I am extremely happy. I had big issues with zalando refusing to reimburse me for a delivery they wrongly delivered and it went missing. After 2 months of doing everything i could and talking to zalando countless times; the Thuiswinkel was the only one that helped me. I got a refund and an apology from zalando. I am very gratefull to Thuiswinkel Klachten.

thuiswinkel.org is a disaster
thuiswinkel.org is a disaster. It only listens to the onlineshop. It violates its own policy. thuiswinkel.org is very disappointing. I contact and complained about a onlineshop for over 1 month, tried to reach them many times. Thuiswinkel.org only responds after my negative review on Trustpilot. And then It listened to the shop while read nothing from the consumer. The shop said dispute solved so thuiswinkel.org simply obeys the shop's order and closes the case, dispite my repeated request of submit the case to the Dispute Committee. On thuiswinkel.org's page it says the consumer could submit the dispute for a Dispute Committee while in fact it does not even give me the chance to use it. What is wrong with consumer legal protection in the Netherlands?

Thuiswinkel is a SCAM...
Thuiswinkel is a SCAM.... Do not think that buying at a website with their logo you will get support if any issue, cause will WONT!!! I did share with them a problem with Phonemarket.nl, where I bought I mobile, and returned it on the same day they said that I activated the mobile and even returned it with a factory reset done... having problems with this poor business but already confirmed by a lawyer that I have a strong and solid proofs and is a lost case for this website. Anyway, I sent an email asking for help to Thuiswinkel and got a ridiculous reply just saying that the store is right, bla, bla.... they didnt even took a look of all I sent, with email, store policy return conditions, otherwise they would never answer to me what they did...
Next step: Go to Police and press charges against Thuiswinkel.org and one of their criminal members
I complained about one of their members that clearly doesn't comply with the law and offers automatic renewal of membership and I don't want that, however you can't turn it off! So I asked thuiswinkel.org kindly to fix this and if they don't they are part of a criminal organisation and are facilitating known illegal activities and I will for sure press charges against them as wel as this specific company because they both act against and violate Dutch as well as European law. In case they fix the problem I will make a note of that here! Update: only 'good news' is that after I wrote this review the automatic subscription is 'suddenly' gone. However the second problem still exists I didn't sign up for a 6 months subscription!
