I'm in the US and bought a Division backpack from Timbuk2 in May. I was pretty excited about it and loved it, but after a little over a month of use, I tried opening the laptop compartment (yes, for the first time) and realised it was sewn shut underneath the zipper! I called Timbuk2 and minutes later, they had issued me a replacement order (with free next-day shipping) and a pre-paid return label for my defective bag. I took pictures/videos as proof of the defect, but they didn't ask for any. I guess customer service (in general) can be hit or miss for people, but my experience with Timbuk2 was great!

Great bag. Didn't honor their warranty and instead offered me a small discount code after telling me "it looked like it was well-loved." I went with Chrome instead and, after 14 years they did honor their warranty.
Great bag - crap return policy
Great bag - crappy return policy. Great bags love them or I did. Bought a Wingman messenger bag and it wouldn’t work for my needs as it was too big. Return policy cost almost 10 bucks. Returned it and exchanged for a smaller Scheme bag. This bag was too small. So I returned it at another 10 bucks So my initial investment 179.99 netted me a return reimbursement of 146.00 Thirty bucks just to try bags and I basically opened the box looked at the bag and put it back and returned. Pretty sad. Lots of good used bags on EBay - I will shop there from now on over getting ripped off on return shipping and whatever the other charges were for.
