Extremely slow and unreliable
Extremely slow and unreliable. Nightmare to deal with. Santander should not be using a firm like this that damages their reputation. Wouldn't respond to solicitors letters, very predatory in their language when they are contacted for anything.
Poor service but took my money anyway
This law company was representing my bank regarding the repossession of my property and the case went to court on 5th December 2025. The TLT legal representative was so inept and unprepared that she couldn’t answer most of the questions the judge asked. The judge got so frustrated that she told the girl that she was wasting her time and threw it out of court. The court case had to be re adjourned in the January. Despite TLT’s mistake, they are still charging me for the time wasted in the first court case. I tried to contact them via phone months ago but no one got back to me. I have found the quality of their service poor on every level and cannot understand why a company like Barclays would use them

absolutely appalling service - avoid at all costs! David Ward isdealing with the sale of a property i am supposed to be purchasing (its taken 6 months so far) - responses vague and always required a follow-up. waited until last possible moment to check the seller had sent all their documents in (sale was supposed to go through last Friday (23rd May), surprise surprise, some were missing - little to no organisation and of course you cant speak to them. terrible service - left in the dark as to when the sale will actually go through, will be pulling out of the sale. hope the CEO knows they will be loosing money
BEING TOTALLY IGNORED
This company are handling the sale for Barclays Bank of a repossessed property, which I bought at auction. I have a registered charge against this property but I haven't received any money. The sale went through in February 2026 and it is now May 2026. I'll bet Barclays Bank got the money they were owed. I have tried several times to contact them. I've even put in a formal complaint and am now being totally ignored. I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole and this sort of behaviour shouldn't be allowed from a registered UK company.
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. You just spend hours listening to music on hold. You get transferred to another team and listen to more music. After 30 minutes I got sick and tired of waiting so I requested a call back. That was 2 weeks ago. Legal professionals????? They're a joke
