Been here for over 5 yrs. It's been a great experience. Great company. I say it's great because I've had many jobs but this is the longest I've been working for any company. As a returning TNI driver I really enjoy the perks the company offers such as newer equipment and unlimited home time. My only issue is getting DEF fluid when I need it. It's not available at every terminal and those that do have it, is not available 24 hours a day. Plus I'm not allowed to purchase it on my fuel card. I have to buy it and get reimbursed later.

It extremely saddens me about the situation I am up against. It hurts to feel so deceived. I started with this company because of what I was told and read. First, 3000+ miles per week I haven't yet seen 2000 miles per week. Secondly, the 90 t0 95% drop and hook no more bumping docks and all I do I bump docks. Third 10 000 sign on bonus that is really a performance bonus and with out the miles or with the mile it's more impossible to achieve 11,500 miles a month then achieve it Every advertisement from the company has proven to be false and untrue. Why?

No mileage. All my time goes to waiting on loads. I deliver one load and wait for over 10 hrs for another load. No money to be made. That's the reason nobody's hitting the bonuses.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody they just lie and disrespected drivers in top of that the dispatcher humiliated me and I didn’t got any check for the only loads I took from Laredo tx to Ohio and from Ohio to Laredo tx
