Excellent Analytics tool
We purchased Truconversion on the Apsummo as a Life Time purchase, as an alternative to Hotjar which we had been using and am very pleased with our initial tests. I have found TruConversion's support teams response prompt and very good. We are mainly interested in the recordings which we have found very easy to set up and use. Importantly Truconversion is not slowing our page load time, a problem we have had with Hotjar. We found the code easy to add to our website, to record both front end and backend activity. They have full documentation that is easy to follow. And I would certainly recommend Truconversion to anyone using Wordpress.

Was great until new project owners took over. They downgraded my lifetime account to a lesser plan out of nowhere for no reason. Edit: it was corrected.
The worst support, product full of bugs
The worst support! I bought this product on Appsumo because it had over 1000 reviews. But this was a fake look. This tool is full of bugs, and the waiting time for support is 2 weeks, and they are so unhelpful. Don't buy this; go with Microsoft Clarity for free.
Not good
Bought product and added my domain and pixel script. Did 8 tests on my own as soon as I added it. Software counted it as 4 visits, but 6 heatmaps. Wha? Went to view heatmap data and there was no click events ( I did them each time ) and no other data except scroll data, which was also incorrect when it presented it to me. Also it did not do any recording at all on those visits. Why not? It looks like it was designed in 2004. All of their social media is dead and not active. Don't buy.
TruConversion Owner Hammad Akbar Scam
I have bought TruConversion through Appsumo but haven't really used it. I want to draw people's attention to the new Scam called Rapidwave by TruConversion's owner, Hammad Akbar. Hammad Akbar launched his Rapidwave scam on May 4, 2023. I received his sales e-mails probably because I bought his previous product. I paid $266 for Rapidwave ($67 FE + $199 OTO1. His OTO2 had no pricing listed on the sales page but just asked to charge whatever it is on your Credit Card). Hammad Akbar's Modus is to offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee then ghost you when you ask for a refund after experiencing his buggy App and Zero Customer Support. Hammad Akbar has pleaded guilty before and was fined $500,000.00 (Search for him on Google). Please stay away from Hammad Akbar Scam and Rapidwave Scam. The FBI should have locked Hammad Akbar in prison when they caught up to him in 2014. I will post my Hammad Akbar Scam gripe all over the Internet to protect people from being scammed by Hammad Akbar.
