I read numerous reviews before purchasing the starter pack. Despite the "negative" reviews, I decided to give it a try. I never really smoked anything, but always had curiosity about it. I suppose that if you've been a smoker and have somehow desensitized your taste buds and sense of smell, it might not taste as strong/natural. For me, it's just perfect. Deep inhales are innate when it comes to relaxed states of mind/body. I enjoy using FÜM for the sake of enjoying it. My husband used to smoke, and even though he quit 15 years ago, he enjoys FÜM a lot. FÜM by itself might not be a magic wand to make you quit smoking, but combined with other supportive strategies, such as therapy and meditation, to tackle the source of stress, FÜM is a nice physical trigger to a relaxed and chill vibe.
Customer Service 180 Gone Bad
Have been using this for about 2 months now. Everything was fine until now when engaging on clearly a misleading promotion. Double Cores - email states no need to do anything on check out. Follow the link it takes me to the website where I can log into my account and takes me to my subscription, I hit order now. Shipment received no double cores, write into support, this time the support is the direct opposite nor supportive disregarding my request to escalate. Basically "this offer isn't for subscription" no where on the advertisement does it have any Astrix or small prints stating not for subscription. Any on going user would do the same links to website log in and click subscription then order now. Really poor customer service, the fact I'm using the product i felt I couldnt leave a 1 but man night and day turn around in support. I went in ordered a large amount theough the "real" way of double cores and going to cancel everything after. Hopefully won't need it later or I'll try one of the alternative companies now that they exist. They dont seem to care about their on going subscribers just new customers at this point. Also those reviews you see are because they are offering refunds.
Schrödinger's Product!
Premium cost product but absolute budget delivery, can’t review it since it still hasn’t arrived. You can’t charge that much and then skimp on a delivery service that doesn’t deliver. Would avoid tbh. Disappointed is an understatement. I have no idea if the product is worth the money or even if it exists since it’s somewhere going back and forth in the Evri system.
Cheap delivery.
I would like to review the item. However, as I not received it yet. I cannot. Unfortunately they use evri. It has been in the depot twice and sorting depot twice. 5 to 8 days, actually equates to 13. Will not be buying anything from them again. I shall find an alternative on amazon. Expensive item using the cheapest and worse delivery service in the UK. And now it beyond thev5 to 8 days. They suddenly not keen to reply to me. How odd.
Pure Disappointment
Ordered a single use non refillable to try before committing to such a costly refillable. First bad impression was that shipping took over a week. Second, comes with ZERO instructions. None. I had to Google WTH I was supposed to do! Third, Orange Vanilla flavor smells like oranges but tastes like…nothing…with a hint of rotten orange. Fourth, it makes my nose burn. And lastly, spending this amount of money on something that only last 3 days is psychotic. One and done for me.
