Excellent quality printers and very helpful customer support. The build quality of the printers is of a very high standard.
Wat was a great brand once
Wat was a great brand, is now very poor. Printers are overpriced, support is poor and service and parts for previous printers (S3 and S5) is discontinued or faced out. The S3 and S5 are not that old. Especially for professional printers. I'm at a moment to extend my printfarm, but no more Ultimakers.
This company does not feel professional…
This company does not feel professional or legit. I reached out to get hold of someone numerous times about making an order and couldn't get hold of anyone. You call and try to get hold of sales and you get hung up on. You email them and there is no response. Then there's another option where they say they will call you back and they don't. I finally did get hold of someone in the support option, but he didn't sound very professional at all. I asked him if he could tell more more about this company and he couldn't tell me anything. He took down my name and email but I haven't gotten any email confirmation from him. I do not feel like this is a very good company and I won't be making an order through them.
Not worth the money. Many fixes needed
Problem each time you need to load a new material. Need to do it manually. Printquality is only for hobby not for prototypes. Take forever to print a part in decent quality. Material from Ultimaker is way too expensive compared to other material. Takes forever to cool down and you are not allowed to do anything but wait. Etc Etc

Service sucks !!! No answer to emails , have my printer for 7 weeks now and still strugling with problems and havend printed one thing yet !!!!! :(
