I had problems with the App
I had problems with the App! I found that it was not the same as the App I've got on my laptop Guitar Pro! Which is has everything I need! and doesn't need you to pay Extra money for the other add-ons! Unlike Ultimate Guitar! Google Play won't refund this application as they said it's not their policy! Load of Crap in my opinion! ( What about your legal right of withdrawal) Tossers! I eventually got the refund but took me ages to work out how! So beware!

TTake care when navigating this site
The web links on the site are ultra sensitive. I inadvertantly ordered lessons that I did't want costting me £99.99. They refused to refund. I've upgraded my feedback to 4 star. Thanks to contact with Aydar in community my money has been refunded. Could have been 5 start but for poor respnonse from customer services

Be wary with the trial period
The only way of downloading a tab, is through becoming a member. So even when you download something for a friend and get sidetracked, you'll be 'fined' 99$. I concider this stealing. Though ofcourse they boarded it off with Terms of Service. My advice: go to another source, don't get ripped off. Personal story: Unfortunatly this website, although seemingly for artists, have no interest in dealing personally with a accidental autorenew, or actually : a few hours late in cancelling their trial period. Which only prooves that they are in for it just for the money, and not to be a nice service for artists. The way of getting people's money is cowardish and sleek in my opinion. I plead for a refund of the 99$ unwanted subscribtion. Because I cannot miss the money and also cannot even use the service at all. Since I don't even own an instrument and just downloaded this for a friend. Update: After posting this review I got the rest of the money back. Nevertheless, I have put so much time in communicating about this and if a bad review is the only reason to be reasonable, I would recommend everyone to be very cautious when taking a trial period. And thanks UG, for finally refunding my money. Unfortunatly I am still not very happy about the way this went. But I will update this wit one star.

AVOID JOINING, THEY WILL SNEAK EXTRA CHARGES
I started a 7 day trial subscription with a view to joining as UG Pro member to use the tab library. When I joined however, they bundled a lesson package into the subscription that was not clearly detailed and charged me £100 a week later. When I contacted them the day the subscription started to explain that this was a mistake (I have my own tutor and would not sign up for their lessons), they said that despite this I would still have to pay £25 for essentially no reason. I argued that I was within the period for cooling off and the product was mis-sold to me, the terms of the package being hidden. I was met with robotic customer service repeating the same thing over and over again. So they've helped themselves to my money for a product I neither needed or wanted. Horrible practices from such a big company. If you can, get your tabs from literally anywhere else.
