I can no longer trust their shipping confirmations because they consistently fail to actually ship my orders. They simply generate a shipping label and never hand it over to the carrier. It’s December 31st, and I’m still waiting for an order I placed on December 19th. This is not an isolated incident—it has become a frustrating pattern. Their customer service is equally abysmal. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them, I’ve received no responses or solutions. It’s clear they have no intention of improving their processes or addressing customer concerns. This company used to be fantastic, but now it’s just an unreliable mess. If you value your time and need dependable shipping for your business, look elsewhere.
