THE WORST
THE WORST! I hate this bank so much and don’t get me started on the fees. $36 for an overdraft fee, then you have to wait on hold for someone who barely understands what you are saying and you can barely understand them. I have never had such a horrible time than being a customer of this $h!t bank. I do not recommend them whatsoever 😡
I’m currently on hold with the US Bank…
I’m currently on hold with the US Bank Credit Card division for 25 minutes now after actually speaking with an agent who never came back to the call after placing me on hold. I absolutely hate this company and will be closing my accounts and credit cards on Monday. Again, I’ve come to absolute hate this company.
Consistently terrible service
I opened checking and savings accounts with US Bank over thirty years ago, when I didn't know any better, and when I didn't have any money. Over the years, US Bank has CONSISTENTLY let me down. First of all, I cannot tell you how often I've shown up at ATMs over the years to find that they're out of service, or out of cash. Tellers at my local branch are generally unfriendly, and at a time in my life when I, with a 700+ credit score, needed to access some of my home equity, US Bank was ZERO help; they turned me down! On top of that, their communication is "spotty" (I sometimes get notified about changes and sometimes do not). Well, today, I currently have a FICO score of 801, I've retired early and I live an extremely comfortable lifestyle, and nothing makes me happier than severing all ties with US Bank. They weren't there for me all the times when I needed them - whether it was to take twenty bucks out of an ATM, or to access a small fraction of my home equity - so it gives me great pleasure to take my fully mature adult spending power, ANYWHERE other than US Bank.
