Sizing of a pyjama set was off but it’s too costly to return. Additionally, the fabric quality was poor. I wouldn’t order anything online again unless I’ve tried it on in store. Ordering on sale items to Canada is ok but you can’t use your points. Also, if there’s an error they’ll refund if an item is missing but then you’d need to order $125 more to get free shipping if you want to reorder it . Not a great policy. Using the chat is frustrating and time consuming.

They charged me a International Duty tax for an item that was returned from Ottawa to Toronto. They refuse to give me back the money that they charged me

I ordered 4 body creams, but received only 2. The package was left at my doorstep by UPS without any contact, and it was missing half of the items. When I contacted Victoria's Secret chat support, I was told they are not responsible for international shipping errors and I should "call my bank." This is unacceptable. For how expensive your products are you would think you would have good quality good fabric and good designs they’re all terrible and it’s very disappointing.
