I just got some brand new glasses and was going to have to pay extra for my lenses because they weren't fully covered by insurance and the gentleman that was working said he could make some adjustments and try to get it covered and he did! Right before the end of the year too!
The experience with Vision Works was amazing
I love how they took the time to explain evey detail about my eyes. The experience was amazing. Gabby one of the sales representative was very professional, and kind. They had a pre check in which happens before your visit your eye doctor. Gabby made sure I was comfortable, and answered all my questions that I asked.Thank you VisionWorks for an awesome experience.

Leaked my college address. Not a visionworks issue. Been trying to find time to call. Please fix these issues so I can give you and other businesses five stars. Awesome business overall. The crystal store is coming up in the world. A year and a half ago, this store had an incompetent pot belly manager who didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Today I visited that store and it had all new staff and a VERY incompetent manager. Applause applause Visionworks. Keep up the good work.
Price change at checkout
I have been a Vision Works customer for many years, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. I selected a pair of glasses online that totaled $434, which included a 40% off promotion. When I went in to pay, I presented both the online offer and my invoice, but the final bill was suddenly $745. After insurance, I paid $416. That amount should have been about $42 less, since I was reusing my existing frames, but that adjustment was not applied. The main issue is that the 40% promotion shown online was not honored in-store, despite me providing documentation. This left me paying more than expected and feeling misled. I’ve been loyal to Vision Works for years, but this experience has shaken my trust in their pricing transparency. Unless corrected, I will take my business elsewhere.
