i would have given it 5 stars a few months ago but it started seriously glitching in july and the only thing i got from their support team was that they don't know what the issue is or how to resolve it and that only after trying to contact them for weeks. they need to get serious about customer support. maybe you can't help but you don't freakin' ignore the people that pay you money for the service you offer.

It feels like they took money for a lifetime license, yanked the keys, and now charge rent to get back in. So if you’re googling “VSCO review 2025,” “VSCO subscription scam,” or “Why did my VSCO presets disappear?”—here’s your answer: Avoid VSCO unless you’re okay paying twice for the same product and getting ghosted by support.
