A photographer will get paid 40 euros for an hour long shooting in the middle of the day, usually far from any city centre. So if they can buy a sandwich at the end of the day it's great. The company uses the excuse of freelancing for giving terrible work conditions, while pretending to help photographers. Many red flags.
