Absolutely LOVE the Woom 6! We ordered the red/white model for our 10-year-old daughter and were amazed by the fast delivery (just 2 business days) and the quality of the packaging – not a single scratch. Assembly was simple and quick. The real magic happened on the first ride: over 20 km without a single complaint! Our daughter said she never felt this smooth and fast on a bike before. Light frame, excellent grip-shift gearing, and effortless riding uphill – she didn’t even have to get off once. It’s not the cheapest bike out there, but the build quality, ride experience, and high resale value make it worth every penny. If you’re thinking about it – go for it. Best kids’ bike we’ve ever owned!

I placed an order for two bikes for my granddaughters and ordered the wrong color for one. Woom after shipping both bikes (one in the wrong color) told me to return the bike and they would pay the shipping. I could not have expected better service.
We have bough our child Woom bike 3 and…
We have bough our child Woom bike 3 and he learned to cycle with joy (no tears, no bruises) some months before his 4 year birthday. This was our best pre-corona investment. Bike is so light and still very stable. After 1.5 year nearly daily usage looks like new. We just ordered a new one as he will grow out the current one soon. In error I have ordered red one instead of blue. Customer service fixed the order within couple of days. Woom is hardly comparable with other bikes and if you want that your child starts biking already being 3 or even 2, just go for it (from experience from my close circle with ordinary bikes kids usually start biking with 6, the bikes bought at age 3-5 remain in cellars, and it takes lot's of efforts from parents and child). Oh I will always remember this shining face of my son when he realized he is cycling. Thanks so much Woom for making cycling easy and joyful since very beginning.
