Yodel delivered my parcel to my front porch, a safe place you would think, the delivery driver certainly thought so as he marked it as delivered to my front porch Thing is I don’t have a front porch I have a front door that leads directly to the public footpath where it had been left. Yodel sent my parcel to the wrong depot which was sitting there for 8 days with no movement. I contacted them and was told to wait 24 hours. I gave them 73 and heard nothing back. I contacted them and was told I need to give them another 24 hours and that they would contact the sender- WHAT A JOKE!
