Have been using YPO for 16 years for art materials for our students. They have a huge range of items, their service is great, and their prices are usually far lower than others. Considering the amount of stuff I have bought from them over the years, there have been few issues, and these have always been dealt with, though sometimes that can take some time, but overall I highly recommend them!

Easy to use product catalogue, fast shipping. Sometimes aftersales support is slow. but apart from that great!
Poor service
The main item i ordered for was showing in stock but in delivery invoice it was cancelled due to out of stock without notifying me. Now if I want yo order something alternative I have to make a minimum purchase of £40 which is pathetic when I only made the first purchase only for the purpose of the item that was put of stock.. Dont think just will order from them again.
