Deceptive practices, poor customer service
I have recently purchased lollipops with the bag showing the 8 flavors that will be in that bag yet some bags have 6 flavors and most of that is one of the flavors. Yumearth's response is that flavors may vary. It's supposed to be the quantities of the 8 flavors shown will vary not some of them might not even exist! Last week, I purchased the fruit snacks and went back to the store to get more and the flavor, texture, etc has completely changed and I noticed so did some of the ingredients, yet none of this is indicated on the box. Yumearth's response was that they did change them but they don't indicate it on the box or stand behind their products unless they are defective. Same deceptive stuff on more of their products as I have bought all of them over the years. I will no longer be a customer.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered over $100 of stuff on 6/6 and the UPS package stopped updating on 6/11. Company refuses to open an investigation or send a replacement. Truly remarkable stuff.
