Contacted zeiss in search of eyecups for a 1970ties binoculars. They emailed me back the next day and send me 2 new eyecups, for free. Now that's great customer service! It is an honour to use there optical wonders of engineering. I have a number of their historical products. Camera lenses (hasselblad and rolleiflex) and a great pair of binoculars now.
