I recently bought 2 puzzle packs which wouldn't download the support team told me i didn't have an account even though i provided them with proof. I have had the account for 7 years (approx). they also tried to blame my internet connection which was bull. they then suggested that I remove and reinstall which I did and now my account has gone completely with over 127 puzzle packs (£400) a reputable company would at the very least reimbursed my 2 packs I paid for a few days ago but no. After several emails it has gone quiet at their end. they have accepted payment from me and not provided the product this company in my opinion is a scam and a ripoff stay clear don't buy magic jigsaw puzzles
