Huge time saver
Have been using Zipsale for a few months and so grateful for all the time I have saved already. Easy to use and manage multiple listings across the marketplaces I use. It is great to have all my products and information accessible centrally, saves a lot of time !
Mid Tier Service
Overall, it's ok, but the error messages are awful, 99% of the time it's down to guesswork as when something is ready to list/all fields completed you get hit with: Something went wrong while uploading vinted item. Try again or Please try again or contact our tech team. The best services are ones you dont need any contact with, yet here we are.
Could be great but needs work
It's a great idea and it works most of the time but the site isn't fully functional and there's a lack of customer service support. It's not completely autonomous, things that sell are supposed to automatically get marked as sold on zipsale however this isn't always the case and I find myself having to manually go through and archive items or mark as sold when the software is supposed to do this. I have reached out to customer support who initially took a week to reply and haven't replied to any further emails asking for support which is disappointing.
