I had a very positive experience with Zaxaroula Mmattia when booking a catamaran for our family trip in September of this year. She was very responsive, quick in updating the offer and adjusted the payment terms as needed. We have yet to take the boat itself, but so far would certainly work with Zaxaroula again for any future trips.
Boat already booked but agent saved my opinion
At first, the boat I tried to book (and paid for) turned out not to be available. I got contacted by an agent with several new offers. An annoyance is that I had to pay for the second boat, while the payment for the first is still pending (I trust it will be reverted in a few days). The agent with whom I communicated, Zaxaroula, was remarkably helpful and responsive; her attitude was exemplary.

Don't book with this company until they pay back all the money that was stolen off charters. Staff is a joke Company is a joke Banch of greek pigs who is dealing with you all around. They are firing staff with no reason. In greece, it is a chaos. Watch out from the fat pig, he is moving his beloved like puppets at the company. Poor quality boat with several non-functional systems. Very poor communication. no refund possible. we are on the verge of theft. a tracker (AirTag) found in the boat. No hot water !

They owe lots of people money!!! Don't book with this company until they pay back all the money that was stolen off charters. They are the new owners of Zizooboats.com but refuse to reimburse guests for the money that was stolen from them, money that was used to fund the company instead of booking our boat. They are trying to fob us off with discounts on another booking, when we are owed thousands of dollars. They are now responsible for those dedts no matter what they say!! Borrowaboat.com are not to be trusted, don't be fooled like we were.
