Zonnepanelendelen komt keer op keer met prachtige nieuwe projecten. Omdat we zelf geen zonnepanelen kunnen plaatsen, investeren we graag in een groene toekomst door te investeren in zonnepanelen op daken elders. We hebben inmiddels geïnvesteerd in 14 projecten, waarvan er twee succesvol zijn afgerond. De projecten verlopen goed en leveren mooie rendementen op, altijd volgens verwachting of zelfs beter. Het team van Zonnepanelendelen heb ik nog niet vaak nodig gehad, omdat alles heel soepel verloopt. Maar als ik ze spreek, word ik altijd goed en duidelijk geholpen en volgt er snel een vervolg. Ga zo door, team Zonnepanelendelen!

Soms hapert er wat maar uiteindelijk erg tevreden over laatste jaren. Opbrengsten variabel en daar kun je zenuwachtig van worden. Het gaat uiteindelijk ook om het groene doel.

Platform werkt prima, communicatie kan beter. Een tijd geleden heb ik geinvesteerd in Zonnepark Mandeveld, Helaas levert dit project nog weinig inkomsten op en begrijp ik dat dit kan gebeuren. Echter heeft Zonhub laten weten dat de betaling eind november kon worden verwacht. Deze deadline is niet gehaald en we kregen pas 23 december een update over het project. Naar mijn mening had er een update moeten volgen eind november. Verder is de klantenservice altijd goed bereikbaar voor vragen en zijn de antwoorden duidelijk.
Betrouwbare organisatie!
Sinds 2016 heb ik voor verschillende projecten geïnvesteerd in obligaties via ZonnepanelenDelen. Het is een professionele organisatie en de rendementen zijn altijd volgens verwachting of beter. Uitkering van rente en of aflossing volgt alleen soms wat later. Club is dan goed bereikbaar en reageert serieus en snel. Ik heb het idee dat de opschaling van - zoals ik het eerst zag - een crowdfunding platform naar een investeerdersplatform wel wat voeten in aarde had in verband met wettelijke (Europese) regelgeving; voor mij kwamen er daardoor wijzigingen/verplichtingen langs die ik niet meteen kon duiden. Maar dat ligt waarschijnlijk gewoon aan regelgeving voor zo’n professionele dienstverlener in de financiële sector! Dus ga zo door!
