24storate, have taken 2 UCs (one for me and one for my company). The contract was on my company from the start. The following day, they wanted to take one more UC just because I wanted to change the contract from the company to myself, which is ridiculous. When I asked many times about the rationale behind that, the lady I was talking to started articulating words as if I did not understand what she was saying. I could hear that she was irritated and responded that either I agree to do a new UC or there will be no other choice. I communicated that they had taken 2 UC's less than 24 hours ago and she should be able to find the results in the companies system or a least a reference about it. She failed to explain and reasonably answer my questions. A company at this level should educate the staff that they shouldn't use this type of method to humiliate clients. I was anticipating someone to call me at least to ask me about what happened and what made me change my mind when I ask for the contract to be canceled. I did explain the reasons behind my decision in the email but I was amazed to see that no one was concerned about the questions I raised. This only shows that this company is still behind in regards to customer service and values. Luckily, there are many alternatives out there who are more mature and value their customers by providing good service.
