Im not one to leave reviews but I think this company deserves recognition. Bought a mamaRoo multi-motion baby swing in may. Not had it long had the dreaded flashing screen on base unit went on google for a quick fix to no avail. Quick phone call to customer services by the way was excellent advised to send proof of purchase and a quick video of the fault. Two days later a replacement base was sent out. Cannot fault their customer services and the way this company handles warranty issues.
Rockaroo - life saver!
I bought the rockaroo 2 days ago, and I con honestly say that it has been the biggest life saver! My 2mo hated being in her bouncer or on her play mat for any longer than 5 minutes. She always needed to be rocked to sleep. Now, I put her in her rockaroo and she will happily play and then nod off to sleep. With 2 other big kids, it'd made getting things done so easy!

If I ever buy something from This company again I will just take their product back to the store even though system the Box not to do that because I contacted them for them to fix their mama roo4 And it took him over a month and a 1/2 And then they have the audacity to tell me that my daughter will only fit in it she 6 months but they have a year warranty on that sucker. They had to send me Whole new base. My God my daughter got cheated out of The time she was able to use it. And on top of it all I sent him a video of what it was doing in a said that was normal and I sent him a video for a little bit longer in the noise it was making in they said don't use anymore. It took way too long to get a new base. Yeah probably not by from this company again. UPDATE THEY DID SEND ME A NEW BOTTOM BUT THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ALMOST THE WHOLE AMOUNT THE WARRANTY COVERED
Use other shopping sites with better customer service process
I definitely think a website that sells items such as these should have a customer service phone number. Being super inconvenient to reach makes the shopping experience very bad. I would definitely order from a different website that had a more normal customer service process.
