Impossible to cancel their yearly agreement

The individual who originally signed the agreement with this company is no longer with us, and the contract auto-renewed without active use of the service. Despite multiple requests for a refund and cancellation, I was met with delays that extended until the contract's 12-month term ended. Even after escalating the matter and making a good-faith request for a refund for an unused product, the CEO responded and declined to provide any reimbursement. I urge caution when dealing with this company—particularly with their yearly agreements.

Inflexible Contract Terms

We had a change of staff a year ago, and since then, the service from Albacross went unused. Unfortunately, we didn't provide the 30-day notice in time to cancel, and now we're locked into a yearly contract that we don’t need. The inflexibility of their contract terms is disappointing, as they refused to offer any accommodation or early termination options. For businesses that may experience staff changes, beware of their strict renewal policies.

They track less than 1% they claim to work on working from home but that is just click bait! They also have a slow load time that made us suffer in SEO! We bought a one year license and after 2 weeks no results they refuse to refund!

Scam! Software is really bad and they charge you for an annual subscription when you cancelled the trial before it ended and refuse to refund. Shocked they have VC money behind them and try to steal from small companies!
