Absolutely awful - what a unmitigated disaster
Ordered $500 of lighting. Arrived in six boxes (shipped from Canada) on 3 different days with no shipping boxes! Product boxes were damaged and taped-up beyond recognition. Items inside had also been randomly taped and did not include all the items -- clearly these were returned items. One box didn't include instructions, another one no installation kit. Further, these items do not seem designed to be installed for the US market (despite being sold on the Costco Next program.) The extremely heavy ceiling fixture I ordered requires drywall anchors instead of mounting to the ceiling box! I have installed dozens of light fixtures in my 40 years doing this and never have I seen such a ridiculous and unsafe installation process. I am returning everything. I expect a refund within 7 days or a dispute will be filed with my bank.
