Too bad this historical bank with an illustrious rich history has become just another craven shark trying to suck dry the poor folks like myself who don't know any better than sign up for a credit card that charges 30% a month in interest. Even when I tried to cancel my card tonight I was told I could not do that (?!?) and only after I insisted did the agent finally lament but only after reading a lengthy legal document and then telling me I need to hold 3 -4 more minutes why they verify my new mailing address. I had this card for over 5 years -- no appreciation or loyalty -- just craven greed.
