BBVA (Colombia) did not verify the authorization for a fraudulent withdrawal on a stolen credit card. They did nothing to verify the transaction and allowed a thief to withdraw the limit on the card. This fraudulent transaction was completely out of my normal pattern and should have raised a red flag immediately. Customer service? Forget about it ......
Cannot get access to my own money, and support is just mocking around
Bad in every aspect. Buggy app, that is forever broken. Their support suggest you to use functions of their app that have been broken for months. Locked my account after my trying to transfer my own money to another bank. Refused to unlock it both via email and phone, forced me to GO TO ATM to unlock. Okay, I tried the same transfer, AND GOT LOCKED AGAIN. Called the support, and well, nothing they can do: I cant transfer my own money for some reason. And yet I have to go to ATM AGAIN to get access to my account. So instead I'm just going to their office and closing the account. Great job, guys.
Bbva Portugal is a very poor banking…
Bbva Portugal is a very poor banking partner - after being a customer for more than 20 years they have started charging me 4 euros a month and now 8 euros a month for “maintenance”. I sent an email when I noticed they were charging me (they did warn me : no) and asked for a proposal to pay 0 (I typically have a high deposit amount), I setup some deposits etc - so instead of a proposal I got to pay 8 euros a month and now they also charge me for the credit card - 20 a year - no warning. So what can you say about a bank like this ?
They profit off of vulnerable people
There's been a catastrophe in Valencia and they are charging the victims of severe flooding money for getting certificates ONLINE. They have no shame and are profiting off of people who have lost everything. Avoid. Se están aprovechando de las víctimas de la inundación de Valencia. Nos han cobrado por sacar un certificado online, sabiendo que vamos a necesitar todo el dinero que tenemos para sobrevivir porque lo hemos perdido todo. Da asco lo inhumanos que sois.
