My account been supposedly being verified for 1,5 years. I can't withdraw my money, and support only tells me it's being verified, without any details. Binance is really bad service. I used binance for 3 years and suddenly facial verification was added to log in. I did it but always failed. I asked live support for my problems, but they are asking ID document and still locked. Really bad support and platform.
