I have ordered a Funeral Flower Stand…
I have ordered a Funeral Flower Stand yesterday, those flowers are beautiful! Unfortunately, the words on the sympathy card were too small, even smaller than their store name. They explained that it was a computer program that couldn't enlarge the font. I hope they can fix this problem as soon as possible! The flower baskets were placed in the hall, and the words on the card couldn't be seen at all.

Unprofessional CS in KL HQ
After i placed the order and address updated,I made payment only to realized the same item I order in Sept 23 and yesterday Oct 17 , then the system auto went to the previous address, I reached out to CS in KL , but they never help at all or even inform Pg Operations, when I found out it went to the previous address, i called but no one answer and whatsapp the CS was so unprofessional. Not helpful at all.

If negative is an option to rate. Turns gift to garbage. Can forget the after sales support. Once paid you can forget about changing details or anything. Email, phone number and WhatsApp contact is a scam. Do not expect reply or even getting in touch with them.

very poor service. the gift was delivered only the next day without even a single word of apology. for a company that claims to be about “creating happiness,” this experience did the opposite — it created disappointment and sadness. there are plenty of other gift-giving companies to choose from, so avoid buying here if you don’t want to disappoint your loved ones. what’s the point of sending a gift after the important day has already passed? it completely loses its meaning and purpose.
