It worked! Just give it time!
Signed up about four months ago and while leads didn’t turn into deals overnight… I’ve had to stay with it and follow up. Just like my sales rep said, give it time and it will work. That’s the best advice I’ve got this past year! Last month I closed three homes from BoldLeads. I’m amazed in these market conditions they can deliver seller Leads on a consistent basis. The first couple months only got 11 to 12 leads… But it’s now starting to pick up over the last couple months. These are certainly incredibly competitive market conditions with hardly no inventory. Like my sales rep said, give it time it will work.
Mixed Feelings about this service
As a new agent I found it very difficult to follow up with the leads that I was sent by Boldleads, most of them did not have valid contact info and the rest were not ready to do anything in the near future. Update: Changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars because I closed on a buyer lead last month from them.
Complete garbage
Complete garbage. 40 leads and not one contact. They are fake I think. I am 2 mo in and nothing$1100/mo no way
Please DO NOT
I signed a year contract with them 11 months ago- When they were signing me up, my rep was available and talkative non-stop. $599 a month for months and not only were the leads not viable, but when an agent called in they told her "whomever is distributing them is keeping all the good ones". I get them- I am the Broker In Charge and owner and do not buy or sell..... I do not qualify prior to sending to them. Horrible except for one gentleman in customer service- Greg. I would never recommend them. It is a substantial amount for a new firm and it is unfortunate that I was told if I stopped payments due to breach on their end, they would send me to collections....... NOT ONE VIABLE LEAD IN ONE YEAR......

Scam . Expect the unqualified, the “working with someone already “ and some rando’s as your “leads”. If you have any concerns with the service , you can expect to be belittled and bullied by Mr. Guliante - the only manager. If you dare write a bad review, you will be sent multiple text from a guy named Levi , who will gas light and harass you via text . Even if you ask him to stop, he will keep it up . When they respond to your review, it’s only to save face . They do not bother improving their service or have any desire to make things right . Oh and if the program does not work for you need to pay $3500 fee to exit . AVOID .
