Great platform to explore the real esate crowdfunding market
I have previously worked in finance and later became a programmer. Therefore the connection of the traditional industry of real estate investing and technology is very close to my background. Good luck with further development of BrikkApp and introducing new features.

They don't answer my email since August 11th - I used the contact form and I send an email. So far no reply.
Scam
Another scam platform taking money from the pockets of small investors in the Czech Republic. Their business model is to re-intermediate fake or junk building projects in the EU, taken over from bigger crowdfunding platforms. The projects to which this platform assigns AA or BBB ratings, are actually very likely to go bankrupt (if not bankrupt already, probably some money laundering projects of the Russian mafia in the EU). BrikkApp asks you to agree to a non-return of your funds from the start and does nothing to prevent this from happening. And no communication after taking your money. Well, this is the standard business etiquette in the Czech Republic, no surprise. Steal as much as you can from the EU and blame it on the lack of supervision. Which by the way, should be already in place from the Czech National Bank. If you have money to loose, invest in this platform!
