This was the worst experience I could ever have and that was absolute scam. We paid about 1700 dollars for the service. They avoided giving us credits and they said that BulkSMS will refund the paid amount in 30 days. it ha been 2 months and we HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. In the last email they sent to us, they said the cash is already refunded but when we asked for the receipt multiple times, they did not even answer us. I will follow this up with my lawyer. NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE! UPDATE: In the reply they sent, they asked me to email as everyone can see. I did. They're not even willing to respond... UPDATE 2: What about your facebook messages? You can't find that too? UPDATE 3: Then why don't you just offer a receipt or anything to prove it is already refunded? You have been denying it. Is it too much to ask? FINAL UPDATE: We have got our cash back and received the proof of refund. This service works fine. However, if you're from Iran (Even though inside the website it is stated that they support Iranian operators) I would not suggest using their services. You might get in trouble cause of getting your cash blocked for a while. Thanks to the BULKSMS team for the help.

This is not a US based company
This is not a US based company. We are. Every email included another task, then another, then another for us to get approved. Now they want every single one of our members to sign an agreement to get texts. We're a small, all volunteer organization with most of our members over 50. They don't do digital signing & scanning and we don't have the money to postal mail everyone (hence wanting to text them). We've paid this company for texting credits, for a US based phone number, yet the last 3 emails from this company all included another thing and another, and then another that we needed to do before we could text. I've repeatedly asked for a list of everything we needed to do to get this up and running to no avail. I'd not do business with them again. We can't even get started and this has been going on for months now.
