Connectivity good but account blocked
Callhippo is best for calling both inbound and outbound. Its connectivity is very good. I used them a time ago and I again make a free account and they blocked my account with no reason. This is ridiculous and because of them, I lost a lot of money because my clients calling and I did not get any call. They are updating their systems in a wrong way hurting their own clients. Do not say you did not find my account because it is from towman-towing.ca You have to think before blocking someone. In past, my experience was 5/5 but now its dying. You have to give respect to your customers. Hope you will fix this.

CallHippo's numbers are mostly treated as SPAM, no direct calls are answered. So it's a total waste of time and money. Recently, I have had an unpleasant experience with their support team as well. I've sent numerous emails asking them to cancel the subscription and stop charging my credit card but they won't respond at all. I had forwarded the same emails to Suhasini, the Cofounder, even she has not bothered to resolve the issue. Stay away from them!
