If could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Their service is the worst. I don't know where to begin. The only thing I can say is, STAY AWAY!!! If you can find another carrier, rather go there, even if the cost is much higher. This is just BAD for business!
If you are looking for a chatbot, don't use this company. It's a scam.
Our company was looking for a state-of-the-art RAG-based chatbot and contacted CM.com, as they position themselves as a market leader in conversational AI. During the sales process, their sales representative promised a proof of concept within six weeks. Based on these assurances, we signed a one-year contract, including a significant setup fee and a substantial monthly subscription fee. Unfortunately, after a full year, the promised solution was never delivered in a usable form. The chatbot did not meet the agreed expectations and was not suitable for production use. As a result, the overall customer experience was extremely poor. When we decided not to proceed further, this intention was apparently not communicated internally. CM.com now claims that the contract was automatically renewed for another year because it was not formally cancelled in time. Since then, the company has been largely unresponsive, leaving us no option but to escalate this as a legal matter. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and thoroughly validate delivery capabilities before committing. There are alternative providers in the market with stronger execution and clearer accountability.
CM = charlatans
Totally agree with others re Stone Valley / Wannasee tickets. Tried to contact them since May 2025 and got no joy. Would give ZERO stars if possible. Wish I'd booked through another company as they seem to have honoured ticket holders or offered alternatives whereas CM have just fobbed me and others with a "not me, guv!" attitude. I will NEVER book through these charlatans again! DON'T BUY FROM CM!!!
An absolute shambles of a company
An absolute shambles of a company, bought tickets for Stone Valley Midland's festival, Which was cancelled shortly before it was due to be held. Contacted CM.com & was told to contact Wannasee, which I did but received no reply as they'd gone into liquidation. Basically I was passed from pillar to post. Do yourself a favour, don't buy any tickets for an event,that uses the CM.com ticketing platform . Stick to a reputable outfit like Skiddle, who actually care about their customers
They're holding your WhatsApp number hostage
We signed a contract to send customer support messages via "our" phone number via WhatsApp Business. We then decided to stop using CM.com services and wanted to send messages to our customers independently without going through CM.com, but this was no longer possible because they had linked their credit line to our WhatsApp Business service. When we requested cancellation and the associated credit line to be removed, they replied that they would not remove the credit line until the contract expired. In this way, they held our number hostage for four months, preventing us from becoming independent or switching to another provider. Unfair and dishonest. Be careful, don't trust them.
