OKish bot builder with shady business practise
OKish bot builder with very shady business practises. I would stay away if I knew this before. The product itself wasn’t bad although they stopped introducing new features and I believe they will be left behind the competitors in terms functionality and channel integration (facebook, whatsapp etc) BUT there is a more serious issue with the platform, their business ethics or better lack of it. They launched their product on a platform where buyers pay a sum of money upfront in exchange of lifetime usage. Anyone forced them to do this, and it was their second time using the same platform to get more customers and cash injection. They named the packaged they offered Business Plan which was a better option compared to today’s Professional plan. 4-5 months after they launched their product on the platform. They changed their package names and told their customers that the package they bought doesn’t exist any more, so it is up to them whether a new feature offered to those people who trusted them. For instance, file upload which is also available in trial, starter options hasn’t been offered to these people. When I tried talk to the CEO he was arrogant and dismissive. I sincerely believe that whole package name was planned before they launched their product on the deal platform.

Would (like others) give a score of 0 if I could. Scam company. Rubbish quality undersized bras drop shipped from China, with them mascarading as a US company. Do not ship back to them. It is extremely expensive, they will claim they didn't get it, and it may void your claims with PayPal or your credit provider if you are seeking a refund. This is common with these types of scammers. They will offer various refunds (pretending to ask thier supervisors etc for higher refunds), but it will only be a small amount and they will tell you to keep the products and give them to someone else. Still disputing this with AmEx after missing the deadline with PayPal (they will try and delay you by "negotiating" so you have no recourse with PayPal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS LIKE MOST FACEBOOK SPONSORED CONTENT.
The bras I ordered were nowhere near…
The bras I ordered were nowhere near the correct size. I asked to return them for a larger size not for a refund just an exchange. I have been fobbed off with absolutely the worst excuses. Was offered a refund of $2 USD then $4 and a final offer of &8. Was also initially overcharged by $20 Aud which I had to point out to them. Don’t order anything from this scamming shonky company

Having contacted this company about the bra I had received which was suitable for a small child not an adult I was told they would offer a $6 US ($10Aust) refund. As my order cost just over $60Australian my reply was that I felt a full refund of the cost of the bra or a replacement that would fit was more in line. Am now waiting to see what the reply is.
