AVOID Coupang and Farfetch
Coupang is the new owner of Farfetch. Since then they changed many things in the customer service department. One of the things is that if you do not receive your order, because the supplier, in this case Fedex, has delivered it to a neighbor that does not exist in my entire building and also not in my neighboring buildings (!!), Farfetch does not cover the costs anymore. The risk is now solely with me, as the buyer. This is unheard of and is a violation of German law. This company violates law and saves costs by exploiting and fooling their customers. AVOID doing any business with any company that belongs to Coupang - including Farfetch!
